Founded by husband-and-wife team Meredith and Mike Ries, High Summit Capital is rooted right here in Montana. We bring our shared experience as business owners, real estate investors, and lifelong entrepreneurs to every transaction — helping other investors move confidently, close smoothly, and never have to “hold their breath” waiting for funding.

Before diving into real estate, Meredith spent years as a licensed therapist and coach, helping people navigate big life goals and overcome obstacles. That background shaped her approach to business — honest communication, compassion, and follow-through.

Mike built his career as an engineer before launching his own contracting and handyman company, where he managed projects, properties, and renovations from the ground up. His hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and business mindset bring a grounded, get-it-done energy to every deal.
